Glacier Highway Motel - Franz Josef Accommodation

Our motel runs alongside State Highway 6, the main road of South Island West Coast. We are located in Glacier Country and are situated just 4 km north of the Franz Josef village centre providing guests a tranquil, relaxing setting with rainforest and native bush views, some units with partial views of Lake Mapourika located 2 km north.

This rural motel has 12 units. Our brand new architecturally designed units feature modern stylish decor with quality furniture and fittings. We have Studio units and for families and groups, spacious 1 and 2 Bedroom Spa Units.  All units feature modern facilities and kitchenettes, the family units are also provided with a dishwasher that will allow you to relax and enjoy the stunning and peaceful scenery after a busy day exploring the surrounding Westland National Park.
